Tongan Tsunami
January 14, 2022 a volcanic eruption in Tonga sent a 3 foot Tsunami into the Kona Coast. The waves just missed our canoes down at Kīholo
Crew Orientation Meeting June 11
Big Mahalo to Sea Quest Adventures at Keauhou Bay for allowing us to use their facility to hold our meeting. Nine new crewmembers were in attendance along with returning crew members Nikko, Ruth, and Logan
2022 Summer Camp
This year we camped four days at Kīholo which allowed us to really focus on developing our sailing skills. We capped our trip with an overnight sail to Luahinewai. It took us three and a half hours to travel from the Kīholo lagoon to Luahinewai sailing into the wind. The next morning it took us half an hour to paddle back with no wind.
